Nor-Line Plumbing & Mechanical Ltd was founded in 1986 by Dave Sartor and Jeff Smythe. In 1994, Nor-Line diversified its business to include mechanical services, including hiring an HVAC manager and a team of qualified refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, licensed gas fitters, and a sheet metal worker.
