However, there are a few instances where S&J Plumbing fell short of expectations. Aaron Gabrielse had a negative experience when a plumber left their cart in the middle of a parking spot. Barely Trine, Mathummy Gnaneswaran, and Ioana Moc all gave the company 1-star ratings, citing poor service and dishonesty. Barely Trine reported that the plumbers misdiagnosed the problem and overcharged them, while Mathummy Gnaneswaran had a rude experience with a plumber who did not find the issue.
