Neda Krinke, Executive Consultant, has been with Acadian Carpet since 1990 and has extensive business experience in the technology and engineering sectors. She has led the company through significant growth and has maintained its commitment to exceptional customer service and quality products.

Roger Heckhausen, Senior Project Manager, has over 30 years of experience in senior project management roles and 15 years in the flooring industry. He is dedicated to ensuring that all ACM projects meet the highest standards.

Eklant Malasllani, Estimator/Project Manager, has brought his 15+ years of flooring experience to ACM and has taken on the role of overseeing a variety of insurance and retail projects.

Nick Heckhausen, Operations Manager, has a degree in Urban Planning and experience in commercial real estate and condominium development. He oversees key operational elements, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest level of satisfaction.

James Greenhalgh, Business Manager, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and IT management. He provides expert oversight on all financial matters and is instrumental in developing the new project management system.

Anthony Emmanuele, Warehouse/Freight Manager, is responsible for the movement and receiving of all Acadian supplies.
