In 1977, the firm of David Mills Architect was established to provide a full range of architectural services for Clients in south-central Ontario, Canada. The Mills architectural design team is guided by sensitivity to user needs and the environment. From the beginning, David Mills has been particularly concerned with accessibility in the built environment and has worked with many clients servicing special needs. Architecture for the community has become a specialty with a focus on schools and daycares. With an education in environmental studies, David Mills has incorporated the values of "green architecture" into the practice.
