Our Team

At Onderwater Land Surveying, we believe that a strong team is essential to our success. Our key personnel are dedicated professionals who have years of experience in the land surveying industry. Our team includes:

  • Matt Onderwater, BCLS, President, who received his commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2005 and has worked in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since joining the company in 1997.
  • Connie Procyshyn, BCLS, Project Manager, who received her commission as a professional Land Surveyor in 2019 and brings a can-do attitude and attention to detail to all her projects.
  • Carrie Quesnelle, Office Manager, who has been with Onderwater since 2004 and has ingrained herself into the company.
  • Bob Huttema, B.Sc. B.Ed., Project Manager, who was born and raised in Chilliwack and has over 10 years of experience in the land surveying industry.

  • Subdivision: Whether you have a 2-lot split or a 300-lot block outline, we have the experience and ability to get it done on time and on budget.
  • Strata Complex: From a simple duplex to multi-phase townhome and condominium projects to a commercial tilt-up, we can help your project run smoothly.
  • Air Space Title: We have experience with projects involving air space titles and strata inside airspace parcels.
  • New Home Construction: We service builders that build a few homes a year and we service builders of a hundred homes a year, providing prompt, timely service to both.
  • Topographic and Tree Surveys: We take pride in producing topographic maps of great detail and clarity, which allows for better land use planning by our fellow professionals.
