Nick Ridout, President and CEO

Nick began his career in the custom window and door industry working at Hunt/Pella in 1981. He went on to partner in the start-up of Dynamic Windows in 1991 and later led Weyerhaeuser's takeover of Plenks Windows. Nick has extensive experience in the industry and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Sean Stack, Sales and Operations Manager

Sean brings over 15 years of account and project management experience to his role as inside sales coordinator. His extensive background in construction materials and packaging, with an emphasis on distribution channels and vertical marketing, will allow him to make a seamless transition to the luxury home market.

Patty Oswald, Office Manager

Patty is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. She ensures that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing the sales and operations team to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.
