Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer had a disappointing interaction with the owner of the HVAC supplier. The owner tried to charge an extra $25 for pulling a part off the shelf immediately, which the reviewer needed urgently. The owner also ridiculed the reviewer for faxing a method of payment instead of emailing it.
Unreasonable Fees
The reviewer was shocked to be charged a "rush fee" of $25 for getting a part immediately, especially since it was in stock and not an after-hours emergency. This fee is seen as unreasonable and unacceptable.
Lack of Understanding of Customer Needs
