Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer had a disappointing interaction with the owner of the HVAC supplier. The owner tried to charge an extra $25 for pulling a part off the shelf immediately, which the reviewer needed urgently. The owner also ridiculed the reviewer for faxing a method of payment instead of emailing it.
Unreasonable Fees
The reviewer was shocked to be charged a "rush fee" of $25 for getting a part immediately, especially since it was in stock and not an after-hours emergency. This fee is seen as unreasonable and unacceptable.
Lack of Understanding of Customer Needs
The owner failed to accommodate the reviewer's urgent need for the part, instead trying to persuade them to come back the next day at 1:00 pm. This lack of understanding of customer needs led to a negative experience.
