Poor Quality of Work and Untrustworthy Owner

The windows did not fit properly, sticking out 2 inches from the foundation, and were not sealed correctly. The owner, Vinh Ho, did not take out the interior window frame, which contributed to the poor installation.

However, this is because he does not measure properly and has a stockpile of windows that he guesses will fit. He was also dishonest about the quality of his work, blaming the customers for the flooding issue instead of taking responsibility.

Vinh Ho was accused of attempting to robbery by charging an exorbitant price for a Casement Locking Latch, taking advantage of the customer's desperation. He was also unwilling to compromise on the price, citing that the customer was a "one-time customer".
