• Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect
• Project Manager

Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect

We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Technologist/Intern Architect with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Revit v2020 and AutoCAD v2020 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of design and construction approvals processes
• Knowledge of primary programs in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Sketchup and similar 3D modeling massing software

Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will focus on guiding project teams through all phases of the design process. The successful candidate will have:

• Strong design ability to work with Principals and lead, develop, and maintain design intent on residential projects of various scales
• Ability to manage project delivery process and ensure that design reviews occur at the designated stages of projects
• Strong technical ability to lead and coordinate a cross-disciplinary team to ensure that project requirements, deliverables, compliance to authorities/regulations having jurisdiction and deadlines for all phases of work are maintained
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Design
• Minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of architectural design, building codes, construction, and costs
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems and resolve conflicts
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• AutoCAD and Revit skills required
• LEED AP certification is a plus
