Eco-Friendly Production Process

At Hughes, we take our responsibility towards the environment seriously. We have adopted green, low-carbon aluminum production methods, using renewable energy from water (hydro power), wind, and solar. This allows us to reduce the carbon footprint per kg of aluminum to 4.0, which is less than a quarter of the global average. We also use recycled aluminum, made with a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer aluminum scrap, thereby reducing energy use in the production phase without compromising on quality.
