David has always been professional and thorough whenever we have needed plumbing or fireplace help. Recently, we had trouble figuring out why a hot water heater installed by another plumber wouldn't work. David took our phone calls when the other company wouldn't respond, helped us brainstorm the issue, came late on a Sunday night to replace a gas meter regulator, and then gave us advice about contacting Fortis to get help with the gas meter.
He is knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We would highly recommend him for plumbing and heating servicing. Thanks David!

Excellent customer service from David, who was quick to respond, kept me informed of what he was doing and why, and over all a pleasant guy. My fireplace looks a lot better now, and my wife and I feel safer using it. The price was much lower than I expected too. We will definitely use them again when my fireplace is due for another service.

Went really great. I had gotten in touch with them through e-mail about fixing my gas fireplace, and David got back in touch with me on that same day. We made an appointment for the very next day, and was able to figure out the problem and fix it in minutes. He even cleaned up the glass on the fireplace, and It looks better than ever.

My Valour fireplace needed repair and I was very happy I found Skylimit Heating. Dave came to my house and found the problem immediately. He explained what needed to be repaired. My Valour upstair is about 12 years old. Dave explained to me about Heat and Glo fireplace and how it is more modern and efficient with a fan. He gave me a good price and came and had it installed on May 3 with his efficient crew. Installment and clean up was done within 3 hours. Dave and his crew are always on time and when I call or email, Dave always reply promptly. Dave or Simon patiently explained to me how to use the new fireplace. We are very pleased with the Heat and Glo fireplace so we replaced our old 25 year Valour fireplace in the basement with it. Peter Woo.

Dave provided prompt, efficient service. He explained what could be wrong with our gas fireplace, and how he could and would test the appliance to determine what was causing it to light inconsistently. After testing, he was able to supply the necessary replacement and then provided a demonstration to how it worked. He was also able to provide an inspection and troubleshooting of our older, mid-efficiency furnace.
After cleaning components we had heat in our home again, and an explanation of what we could consider for upgrades if and when necessary. Given that this degree of professionalism occurred at my convenience, on a Sunday morning, I would encourage anyone in need of regular maintenance or emergency service to contact Sky Limit Heating.
