Our Team

Razor Heating and A/C was founded in 2007 by Jeff Rewerts and Dustin Shaw. Together with a team of real-world, on-the-job trained employees, they have the industry experience and expertise to handle home heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Committed to bringing quality products, services, and value, the team at Razor strives to exceed customer expectations.

*Jeff Rewerts*: With over 20 years of industry experience and 13 years as a business owner, Jeff specializes in HVAC, plumbing, and service tech disciplines. As a certified journeyman plumber and gas fitter, Jeff's expertise includes in-floor heat, tankless water heaters, zone design, and Viessmann condensing boilers.

*Dustin Shaw*: Dustin brings over 20 years of industry experience and 13 years as a business owner. Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and service tech fields, Dustin is a certified journeyman plumber and gas fitter. He also specializes in in-floor heat, tankless water heaters, zone design, and cross-connection/backflow testing and installation.

*Laura Slugoski*: With over a decade of experience, Laura is a certified journeyman plumber and gas fitter. Her expertise includes residential new construction, HVAC and plumbing services, and retrofit installation.

*Kyle Haduik*: As a 5th-year journeyman with 8 years in the emergency medical services field, Kyle specializes in residential new construction, plumbing retrofit installations, and HVAC services.
