Our electrical division provides ICI electrical contracting services, ranging from design-build, new construction, tenant fit-up, and 24-hour emergency service. Our general contracting division offers ICI design-build, tenant fit-up, construction management, and facility maintenance services. Our mechanical division provides ICI refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing contracting services, ranging from design-build, new construction, and 24-hour emergency service. Finally, our rental division provides temporary hoarding systems, coolers, boilers, and generators.
