At Bituminex Paving Ltd., we are a Winnipeg-based company that has been proudly serving the construction industry for over three decades. Our story began in 1976 with the founding of Pourex Limited, a company that specialized in the construction and rehabilitation of concrete streets, roads, and flatwork. Over the years, we expanded to become one of the largest concrete paving companies in Winnipeg, taking on projects for land developers, the City of Winnipeg, and the Department of Highways.

Our History

In 1987, Bituminex was born, merging with Pourex Limited to form one of the largest civil construction companies in Winnipeg. Today, we are a full-service paving contractor, owning a modern fleet of equipment that utilizes the latest technologies to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on the job.
