Land Development
Developing land can be a complicated and confusing process. Our staff is knowledgeable about the processes, policies, legislation, and agencies involved with land development. We offer an agency service to save you time and help you navigate the approvals process. We regularly consult and work closely with various agencies, including municipalities and regional districts, the Agricultural Land Commission, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Northern Health, the Ministry of Forests Lands and Natural Resource Operations, the Land Title Office and Surveyor General's Office.
Area of Service
HBH Land Surveying has offices in Smithers and Prince George and services the Highway 16 corridor from Prince George to Prince Rupert, and the Highway 37 corridor from Kitimat to the Yukon border. We also provide services to remote locations.

Our highly qualified and experienced team includes British Columbia Land Surveyors, a Canada Lands Surveyor, Geomatics Engineer(s) (P.Eng), Geomatics and Drafting Technologists, Party Chiefs, and Survey Assistants.
