Custom MDF Products
In addition to our MDF door offerings, we provide custom MDF cutting services, allowing you to complete your whole project. This includes custom design doors, frames, and hood panels of all thicknesses. You design it, we make it!
Mitre Folding
Our innovative programming and cutting process enables us to produce relief cuts that allow High Gloss and Super Matt PET materials to be folded. This creates a seamless return without exposing the core material and subjecting it to vulnerability. Custom cabinetry often requires mitre joint connections.
Custom CNC Cutting
We welcome the opportunity to create custom components specific to your unique projects and needs. We accept drawings with necessary measurements and specifications, as well as AutoCAD files. Request a quotation by submitting your project under "CREATE ORDER" -> 'Custom Items'.
Cabinet Cutting
Got your doors? Why not get your cabinets cut too?! Our CNC programming ensures that you get the best yield out of your material. We can provide pilot holes for standard Blum drawer slide systems as well as hinge plates, and make assembling a breeze thanks to our comprehensive labels.
