Our Story
Otto Holzapfel, an immigrant to Edmonton, Alberta, began his journey in the countertop industry by working at Clark Lumber. He became fascinated with the new product on the market - post-form laminate countertops. After learning more about the product, Otto left Clark Lumber to start his own business. Starting from scratch, he built a successful local business that has continued to thrive for over 35 years.
Today, John and Ed Holzapfel, Otto's son and son-in-law respectively, lead the company as president and vice president. They take pride in maintaining and building a second-generation brand that serves dealers throughout northern Alberta and British Columbia.
