Customer Service
The concrete supplier received praise for their impressive service, with two reviewers highlighting the helpfulness of the staff. They were responsive to calls and ensured that everything was set up and ready to go. One reviewer also mentioned that the driver, Ken M, went above and beyond by lending a hand when the wheelbarrow gave trouble.
Delivery and Logistics
The supplier's delivery service was also commended, with one reviewer mentioning that they received two separate deliveries exactly on time. Another reviewer appreciated the smooth process of arranging for a pour, thanks to Mark's responsive communication.
Issues with Pricing and Sales
On the other hand, two reviewers had negative experiences with the supplier. One reviewer felt misled by a quoted price that did not include an additional $100 charge for Saturday delivery. Another reviewer was put off by a salesman's unrelated questions during a call to inquire about concrete supply prices, leading them to hang up and call someone else.
