Installation Experience
The installation experience with Eggersmann was a mixed bag. One reviewer had a disappointing experience with the management of Anthony, citing unreliability, unprofessionalism, and poor communication. The reviewer had to chase Anthony for updates and experienced delays, including a two-year wait to complete the installation. The reviewer also mentioned that Anthony's people did not clean up after themselves, and the plumber installed the sink incorrectly.
Quality of Product

Customer Service

Subcontractors
The reviewers had varying experiences with the subcontractors used by Eggersmann. The electrician was described as excellent, but the plumber was intolerable. The reviewer who had a negative experience with the plumber had to hire a second plumber to install the sink correctly.
