We are fully computerized, utilizing current software and hardware to prepare contract documentation, including realistic renderings and 3D modeling. Our construction phase is fully documented, and high-speed internet access provides full and instant communication between all team members. These tools greatly enhance the production time and accuracy of the documentation and provide our clients with satisfaction.
Unsatisfactory Experience
Many customers have reported poor experiences with this company. One author, Serge Sergeev, reported that the company took a $1000 deposit to create plans for his house addition, but never completed any drawings or applied for permits. When he asked for a refund, the company refused. He described the company as "managed and ran by crooks." He claimed that the company was overpriced and that their services were not needed, as he could design the house himself.
