Our Story

Our story began in April 2011, when Craig Ceppetelli and Jamie MacLeod, both lifelong residents of Greater Sudbury, saw the increasing need for another granite countertop supplier in Sudbury. Craig and Jamie collectively bring over 28 years of experience in the stone fabrication industry, having worked in all aspects of the production and installation of granite countertops. With a deep understanding of the stone industry, they founded C&M Custom Granite Countertops to provide exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.

Natural Stone Products

• Granite: With no two slabs quite alike, granite is a distinctive design choice for any space. Granite is known for its durability and timeless colors, making it an excellent choice for both residential and commercial applications.

• Marble + Limestone: Timeless and contemporary at the same time, marble and limestone countertops are a rich home accent. Charactarized by crisp veins, and popular in greys and whites, marble is an excellent choice for bathrooms. Due to the soft nature of the stone, it is not recommended for kitchens.

• Quartz: Man-made quartz offers a variety of colors, textures, and patterns, while still offering a healthy mixture of crushed natural stone, recycled glass, and bonding agents. The marble mimic is an exceptional choice for many home owners because of its practicality and low maintenance requirements.

• Quartzite: Quartzite is a natural stone that can range in color from light translucent to very rich and deep palettes. It's appearance is similar to marble, but much stronger, making it ideal for kitchens and baths alike. It's high gloss finish is clean, modern, and almost painterly in appearance.

• Soapstone: Soapstone is a natural stone with a flat finish that is deep and oh so rich. Primarily characterized by dark green and black palettes, soapstone always makes a strong impact. It is a soft stone, but very dense, making it a great choice for kitchens, bathrooms, and fireplaces.

• Travertine: Travertine is a porous stone that is usually found at the bottom of limestone caves. It is a very hard stone with a honed finish that has a very rustic appearance. Travertine is typically in the white and yellow color families and has small pin holes throughout giving it an organic texture. Due to its porous nature, travertine is not recommended for kitchens.
