The Paving Process
Our three-phase process ensures that your paving project is completed efficiently and effectively. The process includes:
1. Concrete/Asphalt Removal: We carefully saw-cut to protect any remaining pavement. Then, we remove the old concrete/asphalt using machines and laborers. The removed material is hauled off-site and disposed of properly.
2. Sub-base Preparation: We assess the condition of the gravel or base underneath the old pavement. If necessary, we replace the base to ensure a stable foundation for your new pavement. The base is then graded and pitched for proper water drainage.
3. Concrete/Asphalt Installation: We pour concrete onto the compacted gravel base and install asphalt using a paving machine. The concrete is leveled, finished, and ready to set. The asphalt is rolled and compacted to create a smooth finish.
