Who We Are

Membership in Landscape Ontario is comprised of dedicated professionals - landscape designers, contractors, maintainers, garden centres, arborists, and more. We also have a passionate team of staff who work tirelessly to support and grow our community.

• Protecting the interests of the horticulture industry through government lobbying and policy development.
• Advocating for the importance of horticulture in creating sustainable and beautiful landscapes.

• Providing a wealth of educational resources for both professionals and homeowners, including:
• Online learning modules and tutorials
• Gardening guides and plant care tips

• Connecting with schools to promote careers in horticulture through the GROW Program.
• Facilitating community projects like the Reconciliation Grove, where volunteers plant trees across the province.

• Recognizing excellence in the horticulture industry through the Awards of Excellence.
• Presenting the Landscape Contractor Rating System and Grounds Management Rating System to help homeowners find reliable professionals.
