At Global Decking Systems, we are a family-owned business with a rich history dating back to 1978. Our company was founded by Roland Houle, who recognized the need for durable and attractive deck products. With over 40 years of experience, we have been perfecting our line of maintenance-free products for outdoor living spaces.

Our Story

Our journey began when Roland Houle, a builder by trade, noticed a lack of durable and attractive deck products in the market. He decided to experiment with outdoor PVC membranes and officially incorporated GLOBAL DEC-K-ING SYSTEMS in 1978. Today, the entire Houle family is involved in the business - Roland's wife, Gloria, son, Brendan, and daughter, Alana. In fact, Alana's daughter, Maraya, has joined the team, marking the company's third generation.
