Our Services

We offer a range of services including engineering and tooling, field services, and applications in various sectors. Our expertise in aerospace insulation products includes integral ducting for bleed air systems, AS1895 coupling covers, APU exhaust blankets, and nacelle and thrust reverser insulation components. For data centers, we provide full-range insulation solutions with high precision at short lead times. In the defense sector, we offer military-grade thermal shielding that meets all ITAR, DFARS, DLA, and cybersecurity requirements. Additionally, we have extensive experience in oil and gas applications, offering design and testing services to meet the rigorous requirements of this industry.

Our Products

InsulTech supplies a variety of products including fabric insulation blankets, foil heat shields, and sheet metal shields. Our fabric insulation blankets, such as T1000, T101, and T2000, are used to insulate engine parts, exhaust piping, and components. The foil heat shields, like T3000, 301, and 302, encapsulate insulation material between stainless steel or Inconel metal foil skins. Lastly, our T4000 sheet metal insulation cladding systems are designed to withstand harsh environments.

Our Achievements

We have completed 3 capacity expansions in the last 4 years, ensuring we stand ready to support both high volume OEM heat shield programs and turnkey site-specific custom insulation blanket projects. Additionally, we have earned Nadcap accreditation and were selected as Manufacturer of the Year in the Excellence in Innovation category by the Arizona Manufacturers Council.
