The Denovo Process

At Denovo, we believe in transparency and communication throughout every stage of the installation process. That's why we've developed a six-step process designed to ensure a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Here's what you can expect when you work with us:

1. A Personalized Quote: During our site visit to your home, we will take the time to truly listen to what your needs are and make the right recommendations according to your budget goals. We will provide you with an electronic quote complete with detailed product specifications and pricing.

2. Quote Approval and Review: Once you have given us the ok, our highly skilled team will confirm all the measurements and specifications to ensure an accurate installation.

3. Scheduling: Once your product arrives in our warehouse, we will get in touch with you to schedule an installation date. We use sophisticated scheduling software to manage our installations. We show up when we say we are going to show up.

4. Home Preparation: Prior to your installation, we will provide you with a detailed checklist of what you need to do to prepare your home for installation.

5. Installation Day: Our workers will start preparing your home by covering walkways and cleaning the work area(s) of debris. Once the worksite is prepped and the worker has gone over the installation process with you, work can begin!

6. Post-Installation: Once the installation is complete, the workers will start to clean and pack up. The lead installer will then perform a thorough walkthrough with you and go over any recommendations or maintenance tips for your new product. All set!
