At MDM Construction Co. Ltd., we pride ourselves on being a trusted and reputable construction company with a long history of delivering high-quality projects. Our story began in 1981, when our founders, Marvin Job, Marvin Kehler, and David Martens, established the company as a General Contractor after the recession of 1979/1980. Initially, we focused on government projects, including bridges, sewer treatment plants, and water reservoirs. In 1987, Marvin Kehler left the company, and we began to venture into the private sector.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Marvin Job, our President and Controller, has been with the company since its inception. Steve Rempel, our Partner and Project Manager, joined us in 1985 and has held various roles throughout the years. We also employ long-term superintendents and foremen who have extensive experience in residential, industrial, and institutional construction.
