Nels chose to keep his team small, hiring only a few and finding success with his sons Tyler and Curtis. Today, Curtis works part-time and is pursuing a degree in engineering, while Tyler has taken over the company's leadership, bringing new standards in safety and technology to the forefront of the growing business.
