Disappointing Experience
However, Hala Basray had a terrible experience with the company, giving it only 1 star. She claimed that the address listed on the company's website was misleading, and that it was actually just the address of a blinds supplier. She alleged that the company provided false information about its warranty, which initially stated it was 10 years, but later turned out to be only one year. Despite reporting an issue with the blinds, Basray felt that the company did not take responsibility for the problem and was uncooperative.
