Perham Homes Ltd is a family-owned Newfoundland business, incorporated since 1978. The owners, Pat and Stella Perham, have built a very successful new home construction business, building hundreds of homes in and around Mount Pearl and St. John's. With over 30 years experience in the home building industry, Perham Homes prides itself on providing excellent customer satisfaction, and has built a solid reputation as "Builders of Quality, Affordable Homes". Some of subdivisions completed by Perham Homes include Pearlgate East, Pearlgate Terrace, and Kenmount Heights. We've recently completed dozens of homes in Kenmount Terrace, and are now constructing homes in Westgate Subdivision. Perham Homes has a wide range of plans available and can build to your plans as well. All our homes are covered with a 8-year limited home warranty.

Our current projects include Kenmount Terrace, where we are constructing beautiful two-apartment homes or single-family homes. These homes are starting at $444,900 for a two-apartment home and $369,900 for a single-family home. They feature bungalows with 1160 sq. feet finished per floor, three bedrooms, open concept kitchen/dining/living room, a rec room and laundry room completed in the basement, a two-bedroom basement apartment completed, a patio deck measuring 8' x 12', and are fully landscaped in the front and back with a paved driveway.
