These terms are commonly used to describe our unique process of raising and leveling sunken concrete. Our technique involves drilling strategically placed holes through the sunken slabs and pumping stabilizing grout material under the slab, which raises it back to its original height. Once the slabs are raised, we patch the holes with cement, leaving you with stabilized and level concrete that can be used right away.
In addition to our slabjacking services, we also offer void filling and stabilization services. This process involves filling any voids created by excess water penetration, animal digging, or other circumstances that may have caused the fill under a slab to be washed away. By filling these voids, we can prevent potential hazards and protect your investment from further damage.
